1. Agreement
These terms apply to services purchased or used through ipto.uk. By creating an account, placing an order or using a service, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. Additional service-specific terms shown at checkout or in a quote also apply.
2. Accounts and customer information
You must provide accurate information, protect your login details and promptly tell us about unauthorised access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless caused by our failure to use reasonable security measures.
3. Orders, pricing and payment
Prices, billing intervals, taxes and any trial or setup fees are shown before payment. Stripe processes online payments. A subscription may renew automatically until cancelled. You authorise us and Stripe to collect amounts due, including applicable taxes and approved add-ons.
4. Domains and hosting
Domain registration is subject to the relevant registry and registrar rules. A domain is not guaranteed until successfully registered. You are responsible for accurate registrant information, renewal instructions and lawful use. Hosting, email, DNS, SSL and backup availability can be affected by maintenance, upstream providers, abuse, outages or events outside our reasonable control.
5. Acceptable use
You must not use the services for unlawful activity, fraud, malware, phishing, harassment, copyright infringement, unsolicited bulk email, attacks, cryptocurrency abuse, or activity that harms our systems or other customers. We may suspend or limit a service where necessary to protect people, systems or legal compliance.
6. Development and support
Development work follows the agreed scope, quote or statement of work. Unless expressly agreed, third-party licences, content, domain fees, premium software and change requests are charged separately. Customers remain responsible for approving content and maintaining lawful rights to supplied material.
7. Cancellation and refunds
You may request cancellation through your customer area or by contacting support. Recurring services normally remain active until the end of the paid billing period unless otherwise agreed. Domain registration, renewals, transfers, SSL certificates, consumed usage, bespoke development and services already delivered may be non-refundable where permitted by law.
For eligible hosting and subscription services, contact us within 30 days of the initial purchase to request a refund. We may deduct setup, domain, usage or third-party costs and may refuse repeated or abusive claims. Nothing in this policy removes statutory consumer rights.
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate services for non-payment, serious breach, abuse, security risk or legal requirement. We will normally give notice and an opportunity to remedy where practical. On termination, you remain responsible for amounts incurred and should export data before the service ends.
9. Liability
We provide services with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect loss, loss of profit, business interruption or loss caused by customer content, third parties or events outside our reasonable control. Nothing limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
10. Changes and contact
